Warranty terms may also vary for commercial fleet applications, custom fabrications, or high-wear items. Please ask your service advisor for the specific coverage that applies to your repair.
No. To ensure safety, reliability, and warranty coverage, we only install high-quality parts sourced through our trusted supplier networks. Outside parts carry quality control and fitment risks, and we cannot guarantee or warranty labor or components brought in from external sources.
Complex electrical or engine diagnostics require specialized equipment, technical data, and hands-on technician time to isolate the root cause. We charge an initial diagnostic fee to inspect and identify the problem. If you proceed with the recommended repair, we will provide a clear estimate for the complete job before any work begins.
Yes. We perform official DOT / FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) annual safety inspections for commercial vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and trailers to ensure full compliance with federal highway safety regulations.
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins for minor issues or quick look-overs, but an appointment is strongly recommended for minimal turnaround time. For body shop estimates, custom fabrication, or undercoating appointments, please call ahead so one of our department specialists can dedicate time to your vehicle.
We have an after-hours key drop box near the front entrance for customers dropping off vehicles outside normal hours. If your vehicle needs towing, call our office and we can recommend trusted local towing operators to bring it directly to our shop.

As an authorized applicator of NHOU® (New Hampshire Oil Undercoating) products, we offer rust prevention designed for northern winters and harsh road brine.
Unlike traditional rubberized or hard paint undercoatings that trap moisture and accelerate hidden rust, NHOU® is an actively creeping petroleum- and oil-based rustproofing treatment. It displaces moisture, deprives surface metal of oxygen, and creeps into hidden frame channels, rocker panels, and seams where rust starts.
NHOU® Classic Back-N-Black: A highly refined petroleum-oil-based formula tinted with biodegradable carbon graphite. It penetrates surface rust, remains active, and restores a clean, dark OEM look to the undercarriage.
NHOU® V3 Hybrid: The next generation in rust protection, combining petroleum-based oils, wax, and lanolin. V3 creates a thicker, longer-lasting barrier against salt spray and gravel abrasion while maintaining deep penetration and self-healing properties.
Yes. NHOU® is non-corrosive and safe for electrical wiring and sensors.
NHOU® products are engineered not to drip. Slight dripping may occur in rare instances if heavily applied in tight crevices or in warm weather. If it happens, clean-up is simple with common soaps like Dawn or Simple Green.
We recommend an annual application or touch-up for maximum protection against harsh New England road salts and liquid de-icers.
Yes, you can drive and wash your vehicle as normal. Avoid high-pressure hot-water undercarriage sprays at automatic car washes, as excessive pressure directly on the frame can strip away protective oil layers over time.
